Ice There, Ice Everywhere - Except Here!

Then can you tell me why in blue blazes are those morons spraying SAFE-T-SALT all over the damn streets?!?
THERE IS NO ICE! IT IS NOT SLIPPERY!
Spraying the damn safe-T-salt on SNOW is the dumbest thing they could do!!!
The snow will melt - and then there will be salt on the asphalt - it's there just to ruin your footwear, is it?!? Sheesh...
I actually slipped on the salt once - but never on melting snow or snow per say!
Some help the damn SAFE-T-SALT was there, eh?
And I would suggest a class-action suit against Sifto or Winsor for all the damages they cause us all - I mean, how many shoes and boots go to waste because of them, eh?!? But I care not to make a 20$ profit after all the millions and millions of fellow "victims" get their cut - and then the lion's share will go to the lucky lawyers who get to handle the case! Grrrrrr...

The only spots that REALLY NEEDED the SAFE-T-SALT lately were:
- The Russian ICE FLOES where many were stranded recently (hey - the damn ice is melting anyway and "breaking away" from the coast...!)
- The Courier competition on ICE in icy Montreal
- Iceland, I guess...
Oh, yeah - one more...
Icy hypocrisy - rampant in many circles - pour salt on them I say! Salt and anything else that is within your grasp...!
It'll change their tune! ;)
